Museum Store Policies
We hope the following will answer your questions about the Museum Store Online. If you'd like further information, please e-mail us or call the customer service number listed below.
The Museum Store online is not a secure site for credit card numbers. We request that no credit card information be placed on your orders. We will contact you by phone after receiving your order to discuss your payment. You may also place orders via telephone at (540) 332-5780. You may also fax your order to the Museum Store office at (540) 332-9989.
If you would like your selections mailed directly to a friend or family member, please include the friend's name and shipping address on the order form. Then include your own name and address and phone number so we may contact you regarding payment for your order.
For information regarding your order, please call 1-540-332-7850 and ask for the Museum Store, Monday - Saturday between 10 am and 5 pm, Eastern Standard Time.
The Museum Store does not share our mailing list with any organizations. Information sent to us on your order is treated in a strictly confidential manner.
A before-shipping 5% Virginia Sales Tax is automatically added to all orders shipped to Virginia or originating in Virginia and shipped out of state.
Buyers will receive their merchandise by ground or air shipping usually within 12 business days of our receipt of the order. Orders requiring other than standard shipping rates will be contacted by Museum Store with cost before shipping.
